Making a Gift
Gifts to the Foundation for Amigos de las Américas can be made in a number of different ways. You may make an outright gift that can be used immediately or you may defer a gift until a later time. In some instances, donors may choose to retain part or all of the income from a given asset.
Your gift can be used to establish an endowment fund to support in perpetuity the AMIGOS program you designate. Under certain arrangements, the program your gift supports can bear your name or the name of someone you wish to designate.
A major financial commitment calls for careful thought and planning. You should consult with a Foundation staff member and a financial or legal advisor to determine the most appropriate gift option for you. Also, please see our Gift Acceptance Policies for guidance in selecting the type of gift you may want to consider.
