Council of Advisors
The Foundation for Amigos de las
Américas Council of Advisors acts as a national advisory board for the
organization. Council members are chosen for their leadership,
outstanding service to AMIGOS, and strong ability to share the AMIGOS
vision with others. By selecting an elite group of AMIGOS friends to
assist in the exciting endeavor of building a Foundation to support
the AMIGOS program, the Board of Trustees believes that raising our
goal of $10 million will be both meaningful and great fun.
Advisor terms will last three years and
may be renewed. Members will be invited to special regional
Foundation dinners to foster engagement with the AMIGOS family, which
will include reconnecting with old friends, meeting new AMIGOS
supporters and hearing the latest stories about our adventures in
Latin American.
