Judy C. Bozeman 
Judy C. Bozeman, Chairman of the Board, is a third-generation native of Houston. Mrs. Bozeman holds a business degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Houston where she was graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was awarded the “National Observer Award” by Dow Jones & Company upon the recommendation of Economics Faculty and is a member of business, economic, and interdisciplinary honor studies, including Beta Gamma Sigma, Omicron Delta Epsilon, and Phi Kappa Phi. 

Mrs. Bozeman was founder of Woodway Financial Advisors, A Trust Company, and its predecessor in 1982. Prior to that time, she served as officer and director of a prominent Houston financial counseling trust company and as vice president in the trust department of a Houston bank. Her business experience spans more than 30 years in banking, trust management, and financial analysis. 

Mrs. Bozeman is a member of the International Association of Financial Planners, American Institute of Banking, Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, and has served on the Boards of American Leadership Forum, Texas Executive Women, and Greater Houston Women’s Foundation and as Vice Chairman of Amigos de las Américas. Named Woman of the Year in 1984 by American Federation of Professional Women, she has been a frequent guest expert on personal finance for well-known Houston area television talk shows. She has also been features in articles for The Houston Chronicle, Texas Business Magazine, and Financial Trends, and is a contributing columnist to Texas Women, Houston Style Magazine and Houston Investment Journal. Under her direction Woodway has been named among Houston’s Top 50 Women-Owned Businesses in 1997 and 1999.
